These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Leaser mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Leaser is a simple apartment search tool that helps you find rental properties. The App provides:

Search functionality to find apartments by location and preferences
Filtering options based on amenities, budget, and distance
Links to third-party apartment listing websites
A user-friendly interface for browsing available properties

                What Leaser Is NOT: Leaser is not a real estate agency, property manager, or landlord. We simply provide a search tool that directs you to apartment listings available on other websites. We do not own, manage, or rent any properties.
            

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using Leaser, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Use of the App

4.1 No Account Required

You can use Leaser without creating an account. All searching and filtering happens locally on your device.

4.2 Third-Party Listings

The apartment listings displayed in Leaser come from third-party websites. When you view a listing or contact a property, you will be directed to the external website where the listing is hosted.

We do not:

Verify the accuracy of apartment listings
Control pricing, availability, or lease terms
Guarantee that any apartment is available for rent
Act as an intermediary in rental transactions
Have any relationship with landlords or property managers

4.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Scrape or copy data from the App
Use automated tools or bots to access the App
Interfere with the App's functionality

5.1 "As-Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about:

The accuracy of apartment listings or information
The availability of properties shown
The App functioning without interruption or errors
Distance or travel time calculations being precise

5.2 Third-Party Responsibility

All apartment listings, pricing, photos, and descriptions come from third-party websites. These third parties are solely responsible for:

Accuracy of their listings
Property availability and conditions
Rental terms and lease agreements
Any rental transactions or disputes

5.3 No Real Estate Services

Leaser does not provide real estate services. We do not:

Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants
Negotiate leases or rental agreements
Provide legal or financial advice
Facilitate rental payments or deposits
Handle property showings or applications

                Rental Scam Warning: Be cautious when searching for apartments. Never send money or provide personal financial information without viewing a property in person and verifying the landlord's identity. Leaser is not responsible for fraudulent listings found through third-party websites.
            

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEASER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any damages arising from your use of the App
Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated listing information
Rental scams or fraudulent listings on third-party sites
Disputes with landlords, property managers, or other users
Loss of data or App malfunctions
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You use the App at your own risk. Always verify apartment information directly with property owners or managers before making any rental decisions or commitments.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
